Asenath Kannutaq and David Erkloo have been working as the Isaruit Inuit Arts Meet and Mentor Centre Resource Elders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Isaruit’s Room #206, 815 St. Laurent BLVD location.  One participant who has attended the M&M sessions says, “Going to M&M had grounded me in my own culture, and has reminded me of my own language. It’s really helped me heal from years of feeling out of place in Ottawa. “David and Asenath will return in the new year to provide a place of welcome for Inuit newly arrived – and not so newly arrived  – in Ottawa.
