We accept donations of the following supplies and equipment:
- Inuit clothing or art pieces needing repair and/or a new home.
- Inuit tools that can be repurposed
- New fabrics
- Furs of all kinds
- Duffle materials or products in particular
- Sealskins
- Antler, bone, stone or ivory materials to work
- Stainless steel sheet metal
- Sewing notions: elastic, thread, sinew, pins, zippers, etc.
- Yarn and crochet hooks, knitting needles
- Broken soapstone, alabaster, jade, granite carvings to be reworked
- Sewing machines (to be distributed to Inuit families or individuals)
- Workshop hand and/or power tools
- Books for our Inuit Artists’ Resource Library on Inuit Culture, Arctic flora & fauna & geography, Inuit history, Inuit Art books, calendars or magazines
- Inuktitut books & magazines or translations of documents for Isaruit’s Uqqausilirivvik—our Inuit Interpreters’ and Translators’ Resource Library
- Drawing paper, canvases, pencils, paints, other supplies
- Beading supplies and other jewelry-making supplies
- Canvas tents
