Empowering Inuit Creators Through Skill Development and Community Support
Our programs are designed to nurture the talents of Inuit artists while fostering a strong sense of community. We believe in the power of knowledge sharing to uplift families and preserve cultural heritage.
Sewing
Weekly drop-ins, care-package kits, and one-on-one guidance – everything you need to sew sealskin, bead, quilt, or repair cherished garments.
Workshop
A flexible makerspace where artists can learn tool safety, build custom frames, and experiment with new materials under expert mentorship.
Carving Shops
Intro and advanced sessions in soapstone, antler, and mixed media. Learn design, finishing, and marketing from master carvers.
Language Arts
Conversational circles, story-recording projects, and translation workshops that celebrate Inuktitut, Inuinnaqtun, and regional dialects.
